Transparent pricing in credits

Every service has a fixed price in credits. You buy credits in packages and pay only for modifications that were actually completed.

What a credit costs

The price of a credit depends on the package: larger packages cost less per credit. Gross prices, exactly as charged by Stripe.

The amount is the value of the credits; you pay the package price and unused credits stay in your wallet.

What credits are
Credits are ECU.EXPERT's unit of payment. Every service and bundle has a fixed price in credits, shown before you submit a request.
How to buy credits
Choose a package in your dashboard and pay with Stripe (card and other available methods). Credits are added to your wallet once the payment is confirmed.
Pay for completed work only
Submitting a request only reserves credits. They are charged once the MOD file is delivered, and corrections within the request are free.
Refunds for work not done
If some of the requested modifications aren't completed, their credits return to your wallet. A rejected or cancelled request returns the whole reservation.

Currency amounts are the value of credits at package prices; you actually pay the price of the package you choose. Service and package prices are set by the administrator; submitted requests keep the price they were submitted with.

A software change that increases power may need to be reported to your insurer and, in some countries (e.g. Germany and Austria), approved by a vehicle inspector; it usually ends the manufacturer's engine warranty. The customer is responsible for using the file in line with the laws of their country.
